processing & shipping policy

U.S. Customers
  • At this time, we only ship via USPS Priority Mail. Additional shipping options such as express, overnight, or with other carriers is only available per special request (additional rates will apply). Please contact us at info@getbraidified.com prior to ordering.

  • Priority Mail is not expedited, express, or insured shipping.

  • Get Braidified does not offer insurance on packages at this time.

  • Priority Mail includes a tracking number and will arrive in 2-4 business days once mailed. 

  • When possible, please place your order 1-2 weeks prior to the time you need delivery.

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the items in your order and your shipping address.  You will be shown your final rate before check out.

Processing Time for Custom Clip Orders

Each of our custom clips are handmade with love in Miami, Florida. We do not offer pre-made styles unless specified in the listing. Our standard processing time for custom clip orders is 7-10 business days. For orders with custom sets, please allow 10 - 14 business days. Please keep this in mind and plan accordingly if orders are needed by a specific date.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Shipments

Get Braidified is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages.  Once a package leaves our facility, Get Braidified is no longer liable for where your package ends up.  The responsibility is with the mail carrier USPS to deliver or track your package. Please do not contact us regarding an undelivered package. If a package doesn't arrive, the buyer is responsible for contacting the USPS.  Always contact USPS with your tracking number.
