We do not accept returns at this time. Please consider this information before purchasing from our store.

If there is an instance where we are at fault, for example we send out the wrong item or you receive a damaged item, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact us via email within three (3) days and describe the problem(s) and/or defect(s) immediately upon receipt of goods. You will be asked to provide photos of the damages you are claiming to be present in your item. Failure to provide photos will only cause delays in resolving the situation at hand.   Shipping charges are non-refundable and non-negotiable.  We can not honor notifications after 3 days.
