How long will it take to receive my order?

Do you offer expedited or priority shipping?
We will do our best to accommodate when possible but there is no guarantee. Please make sure to contact us PRIOR to ordering. Additional cost apply when ordering for priority shipping.
Can I place a custom order?
Of course! Please send an email with exactly what you are looking for and we will do our best to accommodate. Please allow ample time for custom orders to be made and processed.
Is there on-site parking?
Yes. There is free parking on-site.
What condition should my hair be in for the appointment?
You should come with your hair washed clean and dry.
How long will the braids last?
Braids typically last anywhere from 3 to 7 days or longer depending on upkeep, style, and type of hair.
How do I care for my braids while sleeping?
Do rags/head scarfs are recommended for sleeping and are available for purchase.
Do you provide styling for professional photoshoots?
Yes. We have worked with multiple photographers and models on professional shoots. See some here.
Are deposits required? Are they refundable?
Deposits are required and are non-refundable. However, they are applied to the total cost of your braiding. View our cancellation policy.
Are braid kits returnable?
No. As braid kits are custom made for each braid babe we are unable to accept returns.
Do you ship braid kits globally?
Yes. We can ship customized braid kits just about anywhere. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping.
Can you recommend a braider outside of Miami?
We will try our best. We are constantly adding to our list of recommended braiders throughout the country.
